The accident occurred on the evening of August 1 in the Yakutiye district. A driver heading towards Erzurum City Hospital from Refik Saydam Street realized he had missed his turn and parked his light commercial vehicle on the right side of the road. Believing other vehicles had passed, the driver then maneuvered towards the Telsizler neighborhood.
