A citizen named Mehmet A. in Karabük applied to Karabük Training and Research Hospital with complaints of heart disease.

Mehmet A., who provided a blood sample as part of the tests, left the hospital without waiting for the doctor's evaluation and results. While walking about 20 meters from the hospital entrance, he fell ill and collapsed, hitting his head on the curb.
