In the "Football Betting" investigation, simultaneous operations were carried out in 10 provinces against 33 suspects who were found to have placed bets on the opposing team during a match of the team they managed. It was reported that 32 suspects were detained, and efforts to capture 1 suspect are ongoing.
As part of the 'Betting in Football' investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a detention order was issued for 33 suspects who were found to have betting accounts as a result of the investigation into the managers of football clubs in professional football leagues, particularly those who were determined to have placed bets on the opposing team during a football match between their own team and another team.
1 FUGITIVE WANTED
In the operation carried out simultaneously at 33 different addresses in 10 different provinces centered in Istanbul, 32 suspects were detained. It was learned that efforts to capture the fugitive suspect are ongoing. Additionally, search and seizure operations were also conducted during the operation.
