The ownership transfer process of the furniture brand Vivense has been completed with the approval of the Competition Authority. While the company's shares were transferred to Re-Pie Portföy Yönetimi AŞ, Vivense, founded in 2013, changed hands for the third time with this transfer. The company, which has 87 stores in Turkey, also continues its operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

The handover process of Vivense, one of Turkey's leading furniture brands, has officially been completed. With the approval of the Competition Authority, the company's shares were transferred to Re-Pie Portföy Yönetimi AŞ, while Actera, which invested $130 million in the company in 2020, has also transferred its shares.

COMPETITION AUTHORITY APPROVED

With the approval of the Competition Authority, the transfer of Vivense's shares to Re-Pie Portföy Yönetimi AŞ became official. Thus, a significant change in partnership occurred in the company, and Actera exited its shares.

Founded by Kemal Erol in 2013, Vivense has changed hands for the third time with this transfer. The company experienced its first partnership change in 2020.
