Fenerbahce continues negotiations with Milan for Rafael Leao. Just like in the Mason Greenwood transfer, Fenerbahce wants to complete the transfer in four installments and aims to bring Milan's €50 million asking price down to €40 million. The yellow-navy club will bring the Portuguese star to Istanbul the moment the Italian team accepts the offered proposal.
Fenerbahce, who continue their transfer efforts without slowing down, have taken a giant step to add one of world football's most important talents, Rafael Leao, to their squad.
OFFICIAL CONTACTS HAVE BEGUN IN ITALY
For the Portuguese star, who is also being tracked by their arch-rival Galatasaray, board member Cihan Kamer from the yellow-navy club has gone to Italy and initiated official contacts. Fenerbahce, who are continuing their meetings with Milan and the player's side, are at a critical juncture to finalize the transfer.

It has been stated that if the Italian club lowers the transfer fee to the 40 million Euro level, the Portuguese star will immediately come to Istanbul. Additionally, the Fenerbahce management has offered Rafael Leao, who earns a net 7 million Euro annually at Milan, a lucrative contract worth 10+1 million Euro.
